Best Of Bromance

Bromance: A) a highly formed friendship between male friends, or "bro's". B) A form of male bonding and usually invisible to the naked eye. This bond is normally only shared between two males hat have a deeper understanding of each other, in a way no woman could ever realise. C) An intense and extreme bond between two males. Said to be a “deep emotional bond” that no woman could satisfy. Signs of a bromance include, but are not limited to: knowing what the other is thinking, hanging out 24/7, hugging, extensive high-fiving, and sharing clothes. Some famous examples include Sherlock Holmes and Watson, and Captain Kirk and Spock.

GO TO IT. it’s hard to be bros with those who aren’t around and #healthy, right? with that said… “Testicular torsion occurs when the spermatic cord (from which the testicle is suspended) twists, cutting off the testicle’s blood supply, a condition called ischemia. The principal symptom is rapid onset of testicular pain. The most common underlying cause is a congenital malformation known as a “bell-clapper deformity” wherein the testis is inadequately affixed to the scrotum allowing it to move freely on its axis and susceptible to induced twisting of the cord and its vessels. The diagnosis can be made clinically but an urgent ultrasound is helpful in evaluation. Irreversible ischemia begins around six hours after onset and emergency diagnosis and treatment is required within this time in order to minimize necrosis and to improve the chance of salvaging the testicle.”
